As a fiber, it is sustainable and so versatile. As a food, it is the perfect protein. The uses for hemp are endless and like you said- zero waste. I bet one could make paper from hemp, too. Hmmmm . . . <br />I like to use hemp to string my tags- feels good, smells good and looks good.
